Prototype

Go1 Content Intelligence Prototype

Interactive prototype showing how an AI layer (Morgan) makes learning recommendations visible, explainable, and improvable, surfacing role signals, a dismiss feedback loop, and an agent activity log showing Morgan nudging learners in Slack.

Demonstrates

  • Recommendation explainability: 'Why this was recommended' panel surfacing role match, team activity, and skill gap signals
  • Improvable feedback loop: dismiss flow trains Morgan and closes the intelligence loop
  • Morgan agent activity log: shows the learner what the AI did on their behalf — calendar blocks, Slack nudges, rec updates
Open Source

OpenClaw

A personal AI chief-of-staff system with Mirana as the central orchestrator — connected to Google Calendar, Gmail, Discord, and Google Sheets, with a structured executive layer of CPO, CTO, CMO, and CRO agents reporting into a single command center.

Demonstrates

  • Core infrastructure: Google Calendar, Gmail, Discord, Google Sheets, and a local Mission Control dashboard all wired into one gateway
  • Executive operating layer: CPO, CTO, CMO, and CRO agents reporting into Mirana with reusable skills for newsletters, calendar support, and interview prep
  • Automation workflows: weekly property reporting across realestate.com.au, Google Sheets, and Discord with recurring ops support
Open Source

Brandon's PM OS

An open-source personal operating system for Claude Code — built for PMs who use AI to work faster. Includes a full workspace structure, 4 custom PM slash commands, and 6 utility skills.

Demonstrates

  • Custom slash commands: /standup, /weekly-update, /new-post, /ship-check
  • Claudeception: a self-improving skill that extracts reusable knowledge from every session
  • Full PM workspace: tasks, goals, projects, meetings, knowledge base, and MCP integrations
Internal Helpdesk Agent
Demo

Internal Helpdesk Agent

Built a RAG powered internal helpdesk that answers policy questions, routes tickets to the right team, and files bugs to Linear. Every response scored by an LLM judge before users see it.

Demonstrates

  • RAG pipeline: retrieves the 4 most relevant policy sections before every response
  • LLM-as-judge scoring across relevance, accuracy, completeness, and citation quality
  • Tool use: Linear for bug logging, Slack for ticket routing
Alice ABM Prototype
Prototype

Alice ABM Prototype

Built an end-to-end account-based workflow prototype showing how 11x Alice could move from target accounts to pipeline, with tighter control, better coordination, and measurable outcomes.

Demonstrates

  • Account selection and prioritisation based on ICP and intent signals
  • Buying committee discovery, persona mapping, and account coverage
  • Coordinated multi-persona messaging and campaign execution with review points
Cosmo Labs
Demo

Cosmo Labs

Building voice AI agent demos for real business workflows.

Built with Retell AI voice agents to prototype and showcase agent behaviour in production-realistic scenarios.

Demonstrates

  • How voice agents can handle structured business workflows end-to-end
  • What trust and handoff patterns look like in real deployments
  • How to prototype agent demos fast without a full backend
Retro Space Shooter
Game

Retro Space Shooter

Recreated a retro space shooter and shipped it end-to-end using Cursor, Claude, GitHub, and Vercel.

How it was built

  1. 1Set up the project in Cursor with a clean repo structure
  2. 2Found free pixel art assets from itch.io
  3. 3Drafted the spec and game loop logic with Claude
  4. 4Built the MVP: movement, shooting, enemies, and scoring
  5. 5Debugged the boss battle — collision detection and phase transitions
  6. 6Shipped with GitHub Actions and deployed to Vercel

How I Think

Product principles that guide how I build platforms, integrations, and agent workflows. Click to expand.

How I Ship Products

My default operating system for shipping products fast in this new AI era, using Claude Code, Cursor, and Vercel previews to validate workflows with real customers.

How I ship products

From signal to shipped workflow, fast and repeatable

1

Define the bet

I write the hypothesis in 1 sentence, the user, the moment, and the expected behavior change. I pick 1 primary metric, 2 guardrails, and a decision date so we do not drift.

2

Map the workflow and failure points

I map the happy path plus the top 3 failure paths. I call out where trust breaks, where users get confused, and where handoffs fail.

3

Prototype in code, on brand

I use Claude Code plus a small set of Claude skills to generate the scaffold and a consistent design system. Cursor is where I tighten UX details and edge cases. I ship a Vercel preview so customers can click the workflow end to end within 24 to 72 hours.

4

Validate with customers and behavior

I test with 5 to 10 customers or community users. I pair calls with session replay to see what people do, then iterate the prototype quickly. I capture feedback on both workflow and trust — does it feel safe, does it feel like it belongs in their stack.

5

Ship the thin slice behind a flag

I move from preview to production by shipping the smallest version that delivers 1 clear outcome. Feature flags, staged rollout, and instrumentation from day 1.

6

Iterate to stable and scalable

I segment by cohort, find who is winning and who is stuck, then remove friction. Once stable, I invest in scale levers like templates, defaults, docs, and self-serve.

My Product and Data Stack

The tools I use to prototype, ship, measure, and collaborate across the product lifecycle.
